When I recieved the package It was raining but I just had to go and install them, so I went to a car wash which had a overhead cover and popped my old ones out and put these in. (More customer reviews)First, I want to say that the bulbs seem very well built and that the seller, atechcom, could not have gotten them in the mail any faster. (I got a message confirming shipment before another item I ordered at the same time which was coming direct from Amazon.)
Functionally, the bulbs fit and work perfectly in the second row and cargo area dome lights of my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. That said, the light output of these bulbs is no more than 75% of the stock 8W units. It was hard to know what to expect since, aside from the technical specs, the description of the actual light output was limited to the phrase "Super White", which from my research I interpreted as ~6000-6500K (kelvin) and that's about what I'd guess is the color these are putting out.
Frankly, I wasn't entirely surprised since I'm familiar with the benefits and limitations of the current generation of LED lighting (thanks to all the various flashlights, headlamps, and night lights around the house plus, more importantly, replacing the halogen bulbs in a ceiling fixture in the kitchen), but this was my first experience with LED lighting inside a vehicle.
I'm starting with experimenting with a couple different bulbs, so I'll see how these compare to another order what I'm awaiting.
I do recommend this product and this seller, though you may not be satisfied with the low intensity for interior auto lighting unless that's what you're looking for.

I purchased this switch with the Green LED to operate an electric Antenna for my 2003 customized Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. If you wire the negative prong to ground (or negative) the positive to POWER (RED) and the center prong to operate the device as in my case the antenna, the green LED is ON only when the switch is in operate position. The light turns off when the switch is click to off.
My GOD for under $4 this is great and DUDE this is made in the USA! Support American products!
Wait! NEWS FLASH this item is not available, is it possible this product sells to fast, I hope so! Good Luck JT&T!

(More customer reviews)I recently purchased these lights after searching for the perfect set-up for my Polaris RZR. I wanted a light system that had small, bright, and durable lights that would be able to withstand some water, and a lot of physical abuse.
The kit itself is very high quality, and for the price it seems VERY reasonable. The installation was easy, the wireless remote control works very well! I'd say all in all, I was VERY happy with my purchase. I called VisionX with a question, and they were able to help me out quickly, and very effeciently. Their customer support seems very good as well.
If you're looking for a decent priced off-road set up (or even on-road for that matter) this is a well put together kit, with and easy to install layout. The LED pods are very bright, and seem durable.

I was excited to install this in my car and finally did so along with a Load equalizer (bought it from autozone in the bulb aisle) to keep the normal blinking speed. The bulb is not as bright as i believed it to be. But for the price, its a nicer alternative. The LEDs have a long way to go to be commercially sold for a cheaper price. But for now, we are forced to settle for these regular LEDs.

Installed for about 3 months now, through lots or rain and car washes, haven't found any leaks yet. Wish they would come with pre-installed LED reverse lights is my only "negative." Buy them here and save money!! As with all aftermarket car products, check local state laws. My state was in the middle of deciding whether or not lights like these were legal. Safety inspector passed them due to the reflectors on the inside of the lens.

(More customer reviews)I bought these fog lamps to add extra light to the poor headlights all Jeep Cherokee's are known for. They fill all the "holes" in the light pattern from my headlights, and allow me to see MUCH better on dark roads especially when it's raining. They give an excellent broad flat pattern. IMO excellent lights, especially for the money.
I agree the instructions should be better, but I had no problems since I used the factory fog light wiring harness. Installation took about 1 hour.

(More customer reviews)This is a great light set for utility trailers. The lights are easy to mount, grounded to the frame through the mounting bolts, so one less wire to run, and are very bright. The side marker lights are also bright and, also being grounded through the mounting bolt, can be mounted on the fenders to let oncoming traffic see the width of the trailer at night.
Everything you need is included; the lights, 28 feet of wiring harness, a vehicle pigtail in case you don't already have a 4-prong connector installed, clamps, splicers...even wire nuts. All you need to provide is a 1/4" drill bit to make the holes in the trailer frame for the mounting bolts.
Each light has a little over four inches of lead wire so you can hide the splice/wire nut under the frame or where ever is best to keep it secure.

While they are noticeably brighter than a standard bulb in running light mode, they are not as bright as a standard bulb when the brake light is engaged. They would probably be fine in a normal application, but not suitable if you are looking for something really bright and attention grabbing.

(More customer reviews)After installation of the strobe system, drilling of 1' holes in my parking light and reverse light cavities (2007 Silverado) and running of supplied wiring cables, I was surprised. The install took 2 hours. I was in my garage, at night, lights and heater on. I loved the look from a safety perspective, as you could barely see the strobes, until they were on, then wow, lit up the garage. In the morning, I turned them on outside and thought there was a short, or blown fuse...I was surprised to see that I could not see them during the day???? I do not have a power meter, or lumens meter, or simply any way to measure the output per strobe. All I can say is that at night, my brake lights drowned out the strobes, and my reverse lights (white / clear) lenses, drowned them out as well. I'm not sure why the power supply states 120Watts, when a friends strobe system is Whelen and states 80watts and is much, much, much brighter. I was too embarrassed to tell him I even installed the Wolo system. I have removed them, patched the holes and am in the process of returning them, providing I can find the box after I threw it across the garage after reading it TWICE, with no mention of watt or lumen output per BULB.

(More customer reviews)Bright enough to be difficult to look directly into it in the dark. Clearly visible in daytime, too. This thing is about the brightness of one of the brake lamps in your car with the red lens removed when you press the brake pedal .. usually around 21 watts for a standard brake lamp .. and this one draws less than a quarter of that power! The white LEDs are uniform and produce surrounding light with seamless coverage. I mounted mine in a socket with wires soldered to it .. to produce a camp lamp powered by a small lead acid ATV battery via an extension cable; I predict it should give me at least eight hours of light from that tiny 4AH battery .. which I charge up with a solar panel during daylight hours.
Construction appears solid .. the bulb is prickly, like a corncob, and will snag on cloth surfaces and accumulate dust and pollen, so find a clear enclosure for it if you plan to use it in the open. I'm still looking for a tubular beveled lens for mine.
