I'm very happy with it and it looks better than using bolt LED's. I even get better visibility to the rear of my bike, which is a nice safety factor.

Illuminator LED License Plate Frame - Black Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this to modify my Vulcan 900 custom hiney and get rid of that horrible piece of black plastic hanging down under my nice custom chopped rear fender. I did this by sawing the black plastic right below the hole for the old plate light and moving the plate mounting bracket up to the holes above it. Now the new plate sits right under the fender and looks absolutely spectacularly custom. I still use the original turn lights, but the new plate frame has LED white lites ... well they're kind of blue tinted and mystical. Installation was no problem at all, except the placement of the electrical leads to the LEDs pinches the wire between the license plate and the frame, so you have to cut a little V in the plate itself, but that doesn't show at all after mounting it all. I'll put up a picture after I'm finished with some other mods I'm making. I'm very pleased with this, only drawbacks being the notch you have to cut in your license plate, and that the LEDs are not very bright... it's cool looking, but you might have a hard time with the vehicle inspector in your state... during the day you have to hold your hand right up against them to see any light.
Bottom line: Worth the money.

(More customer reviews)I put this light on my ZX-6R it looks awesome and lights up very bright in a nice blue-white Led color. This light is very small so no matter how tight of a space you have it almost definitely is gonna fit, there was no mounting hardware that came with the light but it's not really needed, I used 3m double sided tape and theres no way it is ever coming off.

Silver LED License Plate Lights Bolts Review

(More customer reviews)Shipping was fast and packaging was good enough. The lights did not come w/ any instructions on how to install, but using a 9 volt battery you can figure out that the red wires are positive and black are negative. The plastic nuts will hold the lights in place, but one of mine would always cross thread onto the bolt. The wires were about 4" in length which ended up being plenty because I had more than enough wire on the other end.
Install was simple enough and the lights are definitely bright enough in the night. The materials seem strong and manufactured well enough to w/stand inclement weather.
Just wish that D2 Moto would include some info as to which wires are positive/negative, that they are 14 gauge in case someone needed to extend, and that some drilling may be required to install. Drilling was light, just had to enlarge the holes in the fender eliminator and license plate.
Would recommend this lights to anyone who needs a quick fix to pass inspection.

Pilot Automotive CZ-224W Super White LED License Plate Light Review

(More customer reviews)The chrome is chromed plastic and there isn't a gasket between the lens and the bracket. The wire is very light gauge and it's not easy to hook up the wire with normal connectors. There are two very thin conductors within the black wire sheath. The jacket on the wires pulled far enough that I got a dead short after installation.
