(More customer reviews)These LED 1157 bulbs are great. Bought them for my Toyota Land Cruiser (FZJ80). The bulbs are a little brighter than stock when turned on(parking/running lights). When the brake/stop lamp is on these are noticeably brighter. I was worried about LEDs not illuminating the lamp housings enough, but these are far better than the standard incandescent bulbs. I will definitely upgrade my turn signals with this similar style bulb.

(More customer reviews)These are SUPER WHITE, but certainly not as "bright" as the factory stock bulbs. I had them in my Mercedes. You'll have to consider the trade off. I opted to buy "No Error LEDs" which are super white and just as bright if not brighter than the stock bulbs.

(More customer reviews)Although the accompanying photo clearly shows a module with six LEDs on the end plate, the two I received had only three LEDs on the end plates; I consider that to be false advertising. Once I plugged in one of the modules, I compared it alongside one of my stock bulbs. In running mode, the module produces a brilliant, white light that seems to eclipse the stock bulb in luminescence .. very pleasing. Pressing the brake pedal, however, was a disappointment. The increase in brightness was demonstrably less than the stock incandescent bulb.
Once installed side-by-side within the lens housings, the running lamp brightness appeared equal to the stock bulb .. and, as noted earlier, the brake light was less brilliant than the stock bulb. The LEDs just don't seem to intensify as much as an incandescent .. and delivering three fewer LEDs than promised per unit didn't help.
I will keep the units for the longevity that LEDs provide and the fact that LED clusters tend to die gradually rather than all at once as an incandescent bulb does. I also like the ultra white light illuminating my license plate ..
.. but I would rather have had the number of LEDs advertised. I give this three stars for the false advertising.

Putco 230125 Universal 1.25" LED Dome Light Festoon Bulb Review

(More customer reviews)Ordered two. First problem is that I got a 1.5" bulb inside of the 1.25" box. A problem? Yes, but I was confident that Amazon would fix this without charging shipping to exchange.
Second issue is with the 2nd bulb that I had opened. I researched online to make sure that these could just be swapped with the stock bulbs for a 09 Honda Odyssey. Putco's website isn't that great to begin with so I went to forums and other review sites. Sounded like a sure easy fit. Immediately blew a fuse. Thought maybe I screwed up the polarity so I turned it around and blew another fuse. Just for the hell of it, I tried it again with a different configuration and blew another fuse.
Called Putco and talked to sales dept to explain my situation. I've worked in customer service before and was expecting them to at least make an effort to help me out and be a satisfied customer. Didn't even ask me what car I was installing them into or even what part number or type of bulb I had bought. He told me that if it's blowing fuses then just return them and get a refund. Way to go sales department of the year!
Would give the product and company 0 stars, but 1 star goes to Amazon for helping me through the refund process.

This light is very small so no matter how tight of a space you have it almost definitely is gonna fit, there was no mounting hardware that came with the light but it's not really needed, I used 3m double sided tape and theres no way it is ever coming off.

(More customer reviews)I had LED bulbs for my maplights in my G35 and they worked fine (were bright, but not amazing) until 1 burnt out. Re-ordering a replacement from that website would have cost me 3x in shipping what the actual bulb cost, and that bothered me, so I started looking on Amazon.
I decided to replace both bulbs so the color temperature would be the identical in both map lights. The temperature also had to at least be close to the LED bulbs I had in my door lights.
I went through two sets of other, more expensive LED's ($8 per bulb, unlike this setup where I paid just over $9 for a pair) that did not work. They were not as bright and actually caused interference with my car's remote, so I could not unlock or lock the car unless I was standing immediately next to it (had to wave the key fob over the front windshield).
I ordered these as a final shot. They came and I threw them in. First thing I noticed is that they are BRIGHT. At least twice as bright as my last LED bulbs, which I really like. Next thing I tested immediately was if they interfered with my car remote - they did not interfere. Worked fine.
The color is not really a daylight white, if you ask me. It's definitely cooler than sunlight/daylight. However, I was looking for a cool temperature color (I didn't want blue, but I definitely did not want yellow). The best description of these bulbs is that the color is "pure white" and that's exactly what I wanted.
I've had them in there for at least a week now and I drive my car daily and they have not hiccuped once.
Considering these are cheaper and brighter than other LED bulbs out there, I think they are great and have therefore earned 5 stars from me.
