(More customer reviews)Ordered two. First problem is that I got a 1.5" bulb inside of the 1.25" box. A problem? Yes, but I was confident that Amazon would fix this without charging shipping to exchange.
Second issue is with the 2nd bulb that I had opened. I researched online to make sure that these could just be swapped with the stock bulbs for a 09 Honda Odyssey. Putco's website isn't that great to begin with so I went to forums and other review sites. Sounded like a sure easy fit. Immediately blew a fuse. Thought maybe I screwed up the polarity so I turned it around and blew another fuse. Just for the hell of it, I tried it again with a different configuration and blew another fuse.
Called Putco and talked to sales dept to explain my situation. I've worked in customer service before and was expecting them to at least make an effort to help me out and be a satisfied customer. Didn't even ask me what car I was installing them into or even what part number or type of bulb I had bought. He told me that if it's blowing fuses then just return them and get a refund. Way to go sales department of the year!
Would give the product and company 0 stars, but 1 star goes to Amazon for helping me through the refund process.
