(More customer reviews)I bought these lifetime lamps because it was so hard to remove the old ones from my light assembly. after 3 weeks one of the lamps failed. i emailed and talked to sales. their only solution was for me to send them $10.95 for shipping to replace it. Thanks for the "great" customer service!! I will never buy your products again.
