(More customer reviews)Arrived well packed from seller who also included an alcohol swab in case they were touched during install. I bought these looking for an improvement in brightness and visibility over the toyota OEM bulbs in my RAV4's fog lights. These bulbs are whiter, but in side by side comparison, not as bright. Couldn't find a spec on brightness, only color. Now I know why. Oh well, may reinstall th OEM's after a bit.
