(More customer reviews)I purchased my second clip light in January (the power cord on my first failed within 6 months) as a replacement item because overall we have been very satisfied with the product. It is now august 5th and the newest unit has also failed. The connector from cord to light Is not durable. It is too late to return/exchange though amazon and the manufacturer is not responsive. This is too bad because, unit gives off very good light and would have given 5 stars if the darn thing lasted and/or the manufacturer provided customer support.
It is now the end of August and I have received zero support from manufacturer to fix the defective power cord. No email response or calls. Don't give your hard earned money to a company with NO customer support.
