(More customer reviews)I have been using cfl's daylight for years because I do not like the greenish tint coming from the soft white equivalent. But for rooms like bedrooms the daylight seems too bright and I just don't like the idea of using two 60 watts incandescent bulbs. Finally I jumped into buying these Phillips led bulbs and for only a few hours of using it, I like it. The light output is similar to incandescent, I do not not see any greenish tint and I like the warm yellow light that it emits. It is expensive at over $40 each but it only uses 12 watts and it is rated to last longer that the cfl's and I don't have to worry about recycling issue because it does not have mercury in it. This is just the start for led technology, I am sure it will get better and cheaper when more people start switching to led bulbs.
