I don't know if this is the indicated site for this. But I have a complain. I ordered the Chauvet70 Universal DMX-512 Controller . And I received the Chauvet 10, 128 chanels of DMX control. Before to order, I verified if de model 70 existed or if model 70 and model 10 were the same. I saw that them were differents.And I ordered the model 70, and like I said, I received the model 10, the one that I don't ordered.
This was for a gift for my nephew at Mexico. And He told me that recently, it isn't. And is to hard to return the item for your mistake. Now what.
