(More customer reviews)Looks like a durable product, plenty bright. I had two of these installed in the tailgate of my Subaru OB - one in each corner. Had them wired to the cargo area light switch. Now when I open the tailgate they go on & nicely illumintate a 5' wide by 4' deep area behind the car. Very nice on dark nights, for camping, or when backing up in dark with tailgate up. Should be standard equiptment on any hatchback type car IMHO.
