I give them only 4 starts becuase they are not as bright as I expected them to be, however, they do light up pretty bright when it's pitch black out. I would not intend this to be used as your main source of brake lights. If you're looking to add an extra look to your vehicle, I would recommend this. Don't expect this to be very bright, however.
