FM Transmitter for iPod Classic Touch Video Nano iShuffle and all portable MP3 players. Includes Car Power Cable for Transmitter Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)While easy to use the unit only provides 4 different pre-chosen frequencies to transmit, most of which are popular here in the US with radio stations. Therefore those won't work well since it is competing with the signals in the air at the same frequency. I was lucky to find the fourth setting 106.7 to work somewhat, though I actually have to tune the car radio to 106.9 for the clearest signal. The first unit that they sent me did not work, so they had to send me a second unit. This is made in China and quite cheaply. The signal strength is poor and the sound quality is about 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The sound is affected when you move the unit. I placed the unit right by the radio area (thought it is probably better closer to the antenna). Anyway, I guess you get what you pay for and in this case, you get a cheaply made unit which sort of works but with mediocore sound. I would probably by the more expensive models like the iTrip one by Griffin or Belkin if I had to do it over. These are more expensive, about $30 or so, but may be better quality!
