(More customer reviews)Purchased one of theses for Halloween, used over my front porch. While it did provide a black light effect for a small area, it didn't seem all that powerful for an area that was only 10 feet wide by 15 feet long. I had mounted it to a roof overhang and it was positioned approximately 9-10 feet above a pond that I had added some florescent dye to. A cheap $20 dollar 24 inch florescent tube actually did a much better job of lighting up the dyed water. All in all, this unit is overpriced and underpowered. You may need the DMX interface, I did not
