(More customer reviews)We've had one of the larger pure white bulbs and a smaller warm white bulb for quite a while. They work great. We like the pure white better. Instant on. After using them for a while, we also bought some of the 2 foot tubes for our bathrooms, and some of the 4-foot tubes for our kitchen. Now we are committed to replacing whatever burns out with Diogen LED lights. You will need to re-wire the tube fluorescent fixtures because these don't need a ballast. They are kind of expensive, but if my calculations are correct, I won't need to ever replace them (but my kids will) 4 hours per day, will go 12,000 days, or 35 years!
Just ordered two more, one for the hall, and one for the outside fixture (water tight). I also emailed them and found out that they are due to come out with an outdoor version of their PAR-38 floodlight in a couple weeks. The incandescent ones I put in burned out in just a couple months.
