(More customer reviews)Worked great for a week, then passenger side refused to light. Drivers side worked for another week, then kept blowing the inline fuse. I have bought 3 HID kits over the past year, one has been great, the other two have had defective ballasts. Just make sure you buy them from a reliable company who will replace the defective parts. I returned the xentec kit to xentec technology corp, but never received a replacement kit.

(More customer reviews)I'd steer clear of this product. I purchased two and only one worked. The other will not light up - out of box failure. I disagree with the reviewer who said the backing will not scratch your finish. There are two round, powerful magnets to hold the light to a metallic surface. But the magnets are housed in chrome-plated metal rings that are sure to scratch anything unless you are very, very careful. Also, the on/off button is nearly impossible to press with a normal sized finger. You'll need to use a pen point or something of similar size and hopefully you'll have something like that with you if needed on a dark night. Overall a very poor design and unreliable as well.

(More customer reviews)This was a great find for the price. The only catch is to make sure you read the instructions. I wired everything and plugged it up and WHAT, no lights. What I figured out and didn't do was to connect ALL of the ground wires to the trailer. The instructions say this clearly and true enough as soon as I attached ALL of the ground wires to the trailer, the lights came on and worked beautifully.
