(More customer reviews)LED submersible boat trailer lights are the only way to go, the other type that claim to be submersible the bulb an socket get submerged and eventually the hot light bulb hit the cold water and breaks or the socket rusts and you loose your electrical connection,
The only draw back with the Kit was the small gauge wire that I did not use.
Buying it trough Amazon I save time from running around looking for the bigger type needed for larger boat trailers, not all automotive store carry the bigger LED type.

(More customer reviews)This is a great light set for utility trailers. The lights are easy to mount, grounded to the frame through the mounting bolts, so one less wire to run, and are very bright. The side marker lights are also bright and, also being grounded through the mounting bolt, can be mounted on the fenders to let oncoming traffic see the width of the trailer at night.
Everything you need is included; the lights, 28 feet of wiring harness, a vehicle pigtail in case you don't already have a 4-prong connector installed, clamps, splicers...even wire nuts. All you need to provide is a 1/4" drill bit to make the holes in the trailer frame for the mounting bolts.
Each light has a little over four inches of lead wire so you can hide the splice/wire nut under the frame or where ever is best to keep it secure.

When I removed it from my trailer and inspected it, I saw that the inside compartment holding the light bulbs was a corroded mess. This light (at least the one I received) is NOT waterproof.

Peterson V947 Piranha LED Trailer Light Kit Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered these led lamps per the picture and the lamps I got are have about 1/2 the leds that these have. I am disappointed with the seller because the ones I wanted and are pictured here are not what we got. They work ok but we wanted the lamps with more leds.
