(More customer reviews)Took me about 15 minutes to install! My 05 chevy silverado was easy because it was a two wire connection. It was hit and miss with the 05 equinox cause it was a three wire connection and the wires arent exactly labeled. i had to re-splice wires on one side of the equinox because i severed the wires with the splice taps. the only issue i had was mounting the resistor (on both vehicles)which was a little bigger than i expected! you cannot mount it to plastic so the only solution is to drill a hole in the metal on the vehicle. This creates a problem because if you mount it to the metal on your vehicle you will not be able to remove the bulb housing as easy, in the event you have to change other bulbs. the wires arent long enough to do that. i simply positioned the resistor wires so that the resistor wouldnt touch any plastic because that thing does get hot! Otherwise they work very well! fixed the hyper blinker right away
