10Ft Rope Lights; Warm White LED Rope Light Kit; 1.0" LED Spacing; Christmas Lighting; outdoor rope lighting Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is a very durable rope of LEDs, spaced 1" apart, with high quality connectors and 3 prong power cord and plugs. Although not waterproof, should be fine outside in dry areas. Sets can be connected up to 200 feet, according to instructions included. Light intensity is suitable for environmental "accent" lighting or safety uses, such as stairs. It is not strong enough for reading, in my opinion. The "warm white" color looks somewhat yellow to my eyes; the photo is pretty close to the actual light emitted.

10Ft Rope Lights; Pure White LED Rope Light Kit; 1.0" LED Spacing; Christmas Lighting; outdoor rope lighting Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Purchased this to use as over the cabinet "accent" lighting after researching a number of LED strips/panels. For the price I decided to try it as other kits sell for well over 5x this unit. Installation was a snap...drilled a hole on the top cabinet so the unit can be plugged into the over the range microwave's 110v outlet, secured the rope with heavy duty double sided tape along the wall/edge of cabinet top and finally put a manual switch in-line with the outlet. Although the light output is not bright enough to use as a primary light source, the output is very even and makes a nice light when it's dark and you just need to get things without turing on all the lights. Overall very pleased and have received numerous questions and accolades on the overall look. They do have "warmer" color temperature ropes that may match flourescent or incandescant lighting but I like the accent of the whiter light which is noticeable with other lights on.

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)At first the seller appeared to be sincere and willing to replace the defective item, no action was ever taken. Amazon customer satisfaction guarantee took over. I did not receive the seller's replacement as stated from the seller and Amazon refunded the purchase price quickly.

50Ft Rope Lights; Ocean Blue LED Rope Light Kit; 1.0"LED Spacing; Christmas Lighting; outdoor rope lighting Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)When I took this Ocean Blue LED rope light out of the box and plugged it in, it didn't look as blue as I had expected. But this was in front of a window in direct sunlight. When I moved it to the darker room where I installed it, the blue is fabulous! And after dark, the blue is extremely rich and almost creates a black-light feel in the area. The product feels very high quality and has worked perfectly so far (I've had it less than a week).
Being LED, the rope is cool to the touch even after being on for several hours. The only time I could feel any heat buildup was when it was coiled up, before I had unwound it for installation. And even then, it was not anywhere near as hot as an incandescent.
The enclosed clips work OK but are definitely the weak link. I tried to pull the rope out of one clip and the clip broke immediately. It looks like once the rope is in the clip, it is permanent! I won't be trying to remove the rope anymore.
All in all, a great product I'd buy again for sure.
