Everything arrived with the exception of the drill attachment. Maybe they should remove the photo of that drill, cause one would expect it to be included with the purchase, when it clearly doesn't come with it. False advertising in my opinion. As for the back up camera it self, it's as good as any other $40 back up camera. Just don't expect to get HD quality or even hi-res and you should be satisfied with your purchase. Other than that, no problems so far. The camera is easy to install if you have some mediocre handy man skills and some wire splicing experience. Just splice through your back up light wires since the camera is powered with 12v and you should be good. Red to red and black to black or you can ground it. The RCA video cable is 15ft long so it will be long enough for most car applications, but you may have to buy a 25ft one like I did if your installing it on a truck. The camera diameter, the back part, is roughly 29mm or about 1 1/16 give or take. A stepped drill attachment works best, in my opinion for making the hole. Just remember to unscrew the two locking screw rings and slide the two crescent shaped outer casing to reveal the camera lip with a rubber seal and the back part of the camera that's 29mm in diameter. You can then push the camera through the 29mm hole and the lip sits flush on the bumper with the aperture facing outward. Then just slide the two outer casing back on and then the two screw rings to lock the camera in place.

PYLE PLCM7200 7-Inch TFT Mirror Monitor with Rear-View Night Vision Camera Review

Before install the directions are garbage so look at them once and toss it. It's a pretty simple connection though red= positive, black= negative, green= brake line & the other is obvious video. Installing the back-up camera was of course easy: unscrew the license plate boom your done. Camera power cable just taps into your rear power line from the lights: Check voltage: and run the ground to a good spot and your camera is done. Running the wires was not too much fun but still not too bad just invest in some zip ties to secure the line. Of course mounting the unit on the already there mirror is easy. You sort of have 2 choices on the power: either go with an accessory line as long as you get 12 volts, below that equals a crappy picture. Or you can run the power to your battery and have the choice to turn it off and on every time you get in and out of the car. Please connect it to an ACC power line it will be so much easier. I just ran the ground under the dash where there were other ground wires: easy. Okay got the easy stuff done. Hardest part: Location of your brake wires. Luckily it's usually black and pink. And if you're lucky and have a trailer set up you can just connect into that line under hood or dash and good luck under the dash. Connected my video cables and battery put my ignition in the start position without starting the motor: put her in reverse and boom a nice bright view behind me in the Day Light. After snugging everything down and double checking everything to be on the safety 3rd side it was time to give it a test. During the day it works great and I have a nice clear picture behind me. One thing I noticed is that it doesn't have a too good of a peripheral vision to my right or left but it is acceptable. Okay NIGHT TEST: Went to the Grocery store put it in reverse backing up, Camera was pretty good but keep in mind that is in a well lit up area, I could see clearly behind me people, cars or whatever else would of been there. Now for my NIGHT time parking area: Camera NOT so great dam near a black display, those little LED's just don't have enough light in a dark area to light things up properly. So NIGHT TEST FAILED in a dark area with the one light I park below. Night Vision Camera is a false statement really when you're parking in a dark area. But it did light up the bush behind me when I got about 1 foot or less away and I could see clearly once those little LED's were lighting things up. But still a FAIL in the dark: if you were backing down a dark street and had this you would not see a thing even the street.
Overall not bad for less than $100 especially the screen it's nice and big: Now to figure out everything else on it since the directions were um the crappiest I've ever seen. What's the little speaker for on the back? What are the modes I can't identify? I put this on my Ford F250 HD Get Extra wire if you have a big truck.
Oh, yeah the wire from the mirror is very short I had to run everything down the plastic runners.
A couple hours of install time was worth it. This camera will come in handy. It cost me less than $100. I had to spend some money buying extra wire. But Over all it's a pretty good deal. It's clear picture in the day and well lit up areas. Bad in the dark areas. So it's 80% good 20%bad. maybe I'll do a short video review so people can see it in action.

Audiovox ACA250 Wireless Vehicle Rear Observation System Review

Audiovox ACA250 Wireless Vehicle Rear Observation System
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
To start off with this product did what I expected.
I did call tech support and they explained that this is designed to transmit on an average of 15 feet; basically it is designed for cars and SUV's. Something about the FCC and the legal range. I have an F250 and I was worried about the last two reviews. It made sense that it would not work in a bus or trailer, it's not made for that.
Install was easy, the included Scotchloks worked fine. Yes the wire was a bit thin but they included the red ones for small wire, I just doubled up the camera power wires.
My kit included a long lead to power the monitor in case of interference and the Tech explained that in some areas there is more then other. I had a VR3 product before and they wanted $19.95 for the same lead. The camera is also metal, my VR3 camera cracked in a few months. They also included special anti theft screws so no-one can just take the camera.
The monitor has a swivel base so I mounted it next to my rear view mirror. Ran the power wires to the fuse box and I was done. I do not get the flickering, but every now and then I can see someone else's camera from a house or security camera. I had this with the VR3 piece too. I am guessing if it was 5.8Mghz it would see other 5.8 stuff too ???
The camera had a much better viewing angle then the other and the night vision helps a lot too because the back up lights on my truck are useless. I can also see my hitch with no problem at all. There is a little static but not bad. We put one in a 4Runner and that one works great.
For the price I am happy with it.

BackCam Universal Wireless Car Backup Camera + Night Vision w/ 3.5'' Slim TFT Color LCD Monitor - License Plate Mount Camera NTSC/PAL Review

It works but . . . receiver has to be manually switched to channel one each time you start your car/turn on the device. Once out of reverse, screen goes wild, i.e., no signal so it's like a TV without reception until you put the car back in reverse or turn the power switch off. Installation instructions are are not provided so you have to wing it . . . If there's product support I'm not aware of it.

This may indeed be a good camera, but mine was DOA. Will have to return. Hooked it up to multiple power sources and monitors, with no video each time. I guess it was worth a try for $24.

PYLE PLCM35 3.5-Inch TFT LCD Monitor/Night Vision Rear View Camera Review

PYLE PLCM35 3.5-Inch TFT LCD Monitor/Night Vision Rear View Camera
Average Reviews:

This system works fine in my station wagon. Parallel parking is now a breeze due to the very wide angle view. It is not the highest quality image but displays well in both day and night. The video screen is subject to glare (like cell phones, etc) so don't plan on mounting it in a sunny spot. I stuck it to the left of the steering column with Velcro.
Unlike other models that have a mounting system over the license plate holder, the camera mounting on this unit can be problematic. The maker helpfully supplies a HOLE SAW (!) to drill a nice big hole in your sheet metal. I doubt the camera will last as long as my car so I rigged a mount inside the back window (remember-station wagon) and am satisfied.
It also lacks an on-off switch so I mounted a switch in my dash, thinking it might extend the life of the display if I was able to turn it on when I need it. So- bottom line - if you are handy with auto electric for a DIY install then it will work for you.

XO Vision HTC35 Universal Weatherproof Backup Camera with NightVision Review

XO Vision HTC35 Universal Weatherproof Backup Camera with NightVision
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this to mount on the back of my 2 axle semi-turck to make it easier to line up the king pin with the fifth wheel. The camera itself works great, once I made a mounting bracket. I was worried the camera wouldn't hold up to the abuse of bouncing around on the back of the truck, but it's been a month now and it's still working very well. My only complaint is there were no instructions, it was simple enough to figure out the wiring, but the camera arrived in one of those formed plastic packaging with the manufacturer name and that was it. No other information, no mounting suggestion, wiring suggestions nothing, not even a website with support help.

PYLE PLCM22IR Flush Mount Rear View Camera with 0.5 Lux Night Vision Review

PYLE PLCM22IR Flush Mount Rear View Camera with 0.5 Lux Night Vision
Average Reviews:

Item arrived with all specified parts and in working order (including the drill bit)
Installation is a little time consuming, so don't take this on if it's your first try at car audio / video. Unfortunately there were no instructions, and wires on the harness from the camera were unlabeled but luckily they were easy to figure out.
The video out line is easy to spot as its the industry standard yellow RCA cable (17' extension included)
The positive voltage that powers the camera is the wire that has the fuse in it (this line connects to the white back-up light in your tail lights and powers the camera)
The remaining line is the ground and can be attached to almost any bare metal on vehicle, I usually choose a screw somewhere close.
The cables included are long, but you may need to an extension for the power wire (to tell the receiver when to turn on the rear view monitor). I chose to extend the wire from the tail light so the video camera and the receiver got the same signal.
The top of the camera is not noted, so you'll have to adjust it after installation.
The camera automatically adjusts between regular and IR mode and the LED's around the lens will not light up. You'll know when it's in IR mode as the picture will change from color to B&W.
The field of view is a little constricted compared to many cameras, but its enough for me (I can't see the corners of the vehicle, but can see behind me).

Just bought and installed the item, it seem that the backup sensor is giving me a false readings, according to the tech support is picking up part of the bumper of the car and they have no resolution for this. The camera works will but the sensor does not work and no resolution was given by the manufacturer.
Buy at your own risk.

Bully CR-607 Ball Mount Back-up Light Review

Bully CR-607 Ball Mount Back-up Light
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I purchased the Bully light; then purchased online a 12V waterproof 5-Pin Relay SPDT 30/40A with Metal Bracket ($2.89), a 12VDC 5-Pin Socket ($1.99), and an inline fuse for the reverse light wire to relay. I'm no auto expert, but I rather run the 5.83A thru my factory trailer package 12V wire than my reverse light wire. Item works great all wired up with the relay.
Light works great; but when backing my boat trailer, light doesn't get around bass boat very well, only to the sides a little since boat is blocking most of the light. If lights were farther apart would be better for me. Now backing an empty boat trailer down the ramp is another story, works great then.
