(More customer reviews)The Speakers at 44 a set play very well i have them running on head unit power not to sure they could handle to much more then that. They really are quit good the treble leaves something to be desired but they are quite cheap and I'm never happy with anything but unlike audiobahn stuff which ive had in budget stereos they just break. These are slightly more expensive but I'm not shy with the volume and they take the abuse if i felt like spending more money i would have went pioneer but the car being a 98 villager that i have no intentions of keeping this was perfect for a couple of months but no reason these won't last it's been over a month of abuse and still rocking. BTW i have the new JVC KW-XR610 double din couple with these front and rear and what a world of difference over stock and i only spent around 230 for everything. i recently came across a 10" audiobahn tube sub i had sitting around and forgot about fits between the seats and doesn't hit to bad its almost a shame they don't make them anymore. Anyways i could go on but i hope that this helps u make up your mind.

(More customer reviews)These Dual SBX654 6.5-inch 140 Watt 4-way speakers were an easy replacement for the factory original front door speakers in my 2004 Chevrolet Colorado. I used Metra's 82-4400 Car Stereo Speaker Adaptersand 72-4568 GM/Chrysler Speaker Harness and the supplied Dual mounting hardware. The Metra 82-4400 speaker adapters provided the extra 1/2" clearance needed to allow the speaker to clear the window glass. I prefer to never cut into a factory wiring harness when there is a way not to, and the Metra speaker harness made wiring the speakers to the factory speaker harness easing. The door panels snapped right into place. I am pleased with the new sound -- it is much improved over the stock speakers that rattled and hummed in all the wrong places.

(More customer reviews)Well, before I purchased these I asked a half dozen sellers if these used the power source from the speaker wires and a couple said yes...*WARNING* NO THEY DON'T! You have to use a completely seperate power source. Now it wasn't to hard, but it did take some time. I had to use the rear cigarette lighter source for the power supply. I literally pulled out the lighter holder, snipped it from the wires and used that as my ground and hot wire. works like a charm, but they stay on the entire time my car is on. No biggie though.
I must say the LED blue is super-neat looking and the speakers sound pretty good, as well. Nothing to write home about but I really wanted them for the blue LED anyway.
