(More customer reviews)These are the perfect light for our balcony railing, but they're not quite bright enough. So, I'm ordering another! They come with clips that we epoxied to the underside of our flat balcony railing and then snapped the lights in place. I made the mistake of ordering a cord in addition to the lights, to plug into the outlet, but they come with the lights.

(More customer reviews)These LEDs are very bright. I purchased Cheaper priced LEDs with same specs from a different deller and they were very dim. LED Wholesalers has the brightest LEDs on the market and I trust buying their LEDs. They are so bright, you can even use them outside of a vehicle as underneath lighting...but you might want to double up if you want them as bright as neon. Inside of vehicle, you only need to run one strand.
