(More customer reviews)This is a very bright and excellent replacement for a 10 watt halogen lamp. It appears at least as bright as the halogen bulb it replaced and is much more efficient. With San Diego's high electric rates this lamp will save enough energy to pay for itself in less than two years! It has a much larger diameter than a halogen bulb but that wasn't an issue in the fixture I have.
