(More customer reviews)While it may work great in a Stinger LED, I purchased this on the understanding that it was an upgrade to LED for the Streamlight Stinger: "Streamlight (STL75768) SWITCH & LED ASSEMBLY FOR STINGERS" - "Product Description SWITCH & LED ASSEMBLY FOR STINGERS"
It says it's manufactured by Streamlight and was only $28! What I found out is that it is MISLABELED on Amazon, and in reality it is a C4 upgrade for the Stinger LED only! It is too long for the regular Stinger body. It fits inside, but the screws for the charging plate don't line up-and there aren't enough threads for the new lens assembly even if you leave the locking ring out. All the Stinger LED's I see advertised now have the C4 led, so it must have been for the very first Stinger LED's that came out? Now if I could just find a Stinger LED body ONLY...:-)

(More customer reviews)I did not purchase this exact upgrade/replacement product but did buy a similar one from a retailer. It stopped working properly after a little over a year of minimal use. I contacted the company and asked if I could receive a replacement or credit to purchase another product directly from TerraLuX. The lady I talked to was nice and courteous, but the final answer was no, they chose not to help me.
The customer service is poor as far I am concerned and they did not stand by their product. I told them I am not a happy customer and would not recommend them to anyone. It didn't seem to matter.
Bottom line: Do you want to purchase anything from a company that will not back-up their product or care about customer satisfaction?
