(More customer reviews)I love it! It slams my 4 12''s! 2 are DD (Digital Design 1500watts) and 2 are Jesens (1000watts). You can't breathe! lol, alot of people rate this amp as "bad" but they obviously have difficulty wiring it up or tuning it for their subs....or highs! It has 3 different settings for tweeters, mid range speakers, or subs. Has tunage for Htz, Phase control, and remote bass boost. Never been hot, I LOVE IT!!

(More customer reviews)These subwoofers are excellent! I have them hooked up to a 1200 watt power acoustik amplifier (which pushes these effortlessly) These subs are loud, and bump hard. They hit the highs and the lows really well. They don't sound distorted at all. When installed at circuit city, the guy who hooked them up told me I could turn the stereo up to 35, but I only usually have it at 25, and that is very loud!
Bandpass subwoofer boxes are great if you want clear loud bass. It sounds great with rap, rock, techno, and everything else.
People can hear the subs from down the block! These are much better than my friends mtx set up. I thought her car stereo was loud, but you can barely hear her music. With these, you can hear the music, and hear thundering bass.

Plus, they aren't that big, so they can fit in a wide range of vehicles. Shipping is fast too. The illuminite feature is cool, because when you open the trunk you see these cool blue lights!

(More customer reviews)Bought this after my first system was stolen.. i had a JL 12" with a great JL amp to go along with it... it sounded great, but i did keep it relatively low volume.. Im not a fan of overwhelming bass, and this sub delivers plenty of bass (as much as you could reasonably want) in a closed cab. i dont think itd be good for a trunk but in my suv it accompanys my stereo perfectly!! the built in amp is great i literally just plugged in the existing cables from my old system and it worked immediately and it was very easy to tweak to get the right level of bass response i wanted!
I highly recommend this sub for anyone looking for a small system with a built in amp that wants little to lots of clear bass.. i love this little system sounds great so far!!!
i would NOT recommend this for anyone still trying to be a "High School Hero" a impress the surrounding block with ridiculously loud bass or anyone who just wants to hear the sub and no music.... basically this is for anyone looking to add the low end to your stereo to give a full rich sound.. it sounds great and clean
PS - i love the blue LED lights it looks awesome in my cargo area, and looks even better at night!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!

(More customer reviews)For the price this is a really good sub. If you are looking for a sub that's going to rock your vehicle, this probably isn't for you. I put it in a Chevy Colorado Crew Cab. Running off of a 300 watt amp. Seems to do a good job of filling in bass and kick for rock music. If you are using it in that capacity, this may be a good fit for you.

I installed another sub a couple of years back but it was getting beat up and I wanted more from it. I decided on the Pyle because 2 of my buddies already had them and I dug the blue led lighting and volume. So far they are awesome- don't use crazy juice to put out sound and a they pump a solid low frequency sound . Not too vibey for the power either. Solid bass from this sytem

I've rarely been steered wrong and I try to help out as well with my honest feedback. Now while it SAYS this amp is rated for 700/1400 watts we all should know that for the price listed that is HIGHLY unlikely. Surely they're basing it on "Peak Output" instead of the much more realistic RMS rating.
I bought this for my wife's truck to go with the 10" Pyle bandpass box. I haven't installed either yet but I did want to let you know the more detailed specification info listed inside the box.
Output power @ 14.4v DC, 1Khz
RMS power @ 4 Ohms - 80w x 2
RMS power @ 2 Ohms - 140w x 2
Max power output - 700w x 2 (I'm assuming that's the math they're using to get the "1400" rating)
RMS bridged power output @ 4 Ohms - 160w x 1
I'll post more once it's installed and (hopefully) thumping!
