(More customer reviews)This thing looks great on paper but in reality it doesn't work worth a damn. After the initial 24 hour charge,it came on once and then would not come on again. I know the battery was ok because the small led lamp came on ok. Thank goodness I bought it at Amazon. One five minute phone call and they solved my problem by crediting my account for the fullpurchase price.

Streamlight (STL75768) C4 Stinger LED C4 LED Upgrade Kit Review

(More customer reviews)While it may work great in a Stinger LED, I purchased this on the understanding that it was an upgrade to LED for the Streamlight Stinger: "Streamlight (STL75768) SWITCH & LED ASSEMBLY FOR STINGERS" - "Product Description SWITCH & LED ASSEMBLY FOR STINGERS"
It says it's manufactured by Streamlight and was only $28! What I found out is that it is MISLABELED on Amazon, and in reality it is a C4 upgrade for the Stinger LED only! It is too long for the regular Stinger body. It fits inside, but the screws for the charging plate don't line up-and there aren't enough threads for the new lens assembly even if you leave the locking ring out. All the Stinger LED's I see advertised now have the C4 led, so it must have been for the very first Stinger LED's that came out? Now if I could just find a Stinger LED body ONLY...:-)

(More customer reviews)When I received this product I charged it up as instructed and it never worked. I contacted Amazon and told them of this problem and received an e-mail back telling me that they could do nothing except notify the vendor of the problem and that I would have to wait to hear back from them. I never heard back so I initiated a dispute with my credit card company and they removed it from my bill. I am very disappointed in the product and Amazon for the way they handeled the problem.
